Meet Our TEAM
Dr. Dipti Joshi
Dipti works through In-person and On-line modes from her office in Ahmedabad, India. She has been practicing CBT & EMDR for the past 20 years. She has a global exposure of learning CBT Techniques from India, Beck Institute-Philadelphia, Feeling Good Institute-California and from CBT Gurus like Andrew Beck of Manchester, UK. Over the past 4 years, she is primarily using the principles and structure of TEAM-CBT. She has also been heavily involved in training Psychologists in learning to use the TEAM CBT module as she is now a TEAM-CBT Therapist and a Trainer, certified by Feeling Good Institute, California.
Arushi Gupta
I am very grateful to have the opportunity to journey with people in their discovery of techniques and strategies that facilitate the healing and recovery they are looking for. I am a Level 3 TEAM Certified therapist based out of Ahmedabad and offering Offline as well as Online therapy. Anxiety, including panic, fears, phobias and general worry as well as depression, low self-esteem, relationship communication difficulties, and unwanted habits are areas of concern I most often work with. Therapy may feel like endless talking without any results or improvement in your life, but this can be changed if you’re ready to work hard to meet your treatment goals. I primarily use TEAM CBT, an approach to therapy that can give you the change you are looking for. I am currently working with Dr. Dipti Joshi (Level 4 certified). I aim to see you smile and build a purpose in life, help you discover your inner peace and your inscribed version of “YOU” and achieve happiness and fulfilment.
Veena Mulchandani
Veena has done her Post Graduation in Psychology and is a Level 3 TEAM CBT therapist certified by the Feeling Good Institute(FGI). She is also a Level 2 REBT certified by IN-VIVO an affiliated centre by Albert Ellis Institute. Veena is based in Vadodara, India and works as an online and offline therapist. She is very passionate & involved in spreading & using TEAM CBT effectively with her clients. Her special interests include working with Depression, Anxiety, Relationship Problems, Habits & Addictions.
Lubna A. M. Ansari
Lubna is a graduate and a Level 3 TEAM CBT therapist, certified by the Feeling Good Institute (FGI), California USA.Â
Yesha Kotadia
Yesha is a Level 3 TEAM CBT Therapist & Rehabilitation Psychologist. She is passionate about working with people and creating a space for them to explore their stories within. Yesha works through In-person and Online modes from her office in Bharuch, India. She is a Level 2 TEAM-CBT Therapist, certified by Feeling Good Institute. As a therapist and a rehabilitation psychologist(RCI) at Antarang-explore your inside story, she focuses on working together on areas where the clients feel stuck or face challenges. She makes efforts to provide an empathetic space while using uplifting, meaningful techniques for her clients experiencing distress individually or in their relationships. She conducts psychological assessment for children and individuals. Additionally, she designs modules & workshops on topics related to self and emotional development. She is currently associated and works closely with Sauhard, Qi to Happiness and Vapi Public School.
